Thedegreeisnotthebottleneck.
We exist to close the gap between an engineering syllabus and what hiring teams actually screen for.
Fundamentals
Proof
Twelve weeks, four pillars, and three projects you can put in front of someone.
What we hold ourselves to
Proof over promises
Every week has to produce something you can show someone. The certificate is a byproduct, not the product.
One product, done properly
We would rather run one program that works than ten that fill out a landing page.
Taught by practitioners
Sessions are run by working engineers, product managers, and recruiters, not by full-time trainers.
Honest about outcomes
We do not guarantee placement. We publish what is included, what is not, and what depends on you.
One ecosystem, not a course catalogue
Taught by people still doing the work

how did it start?
Uppathi Sai Sreekar and Nagiri Gokul both studied at Hindustan University and took the jobs a fresh graduate takes, Sreekar in recruitment and software development, Gokul in business development. Both were 24 when they left them to build something of their own. That became SmartED, and later SkillRank, out of the same belief: skills, not degrees alone, should decide who gets hired.
